We operate across a sprawling 9, 900-square-meter facility equipped with modern infrastructure. Our team is our strongest asset. With over 170 employees, nearly one-third of whom are dedicated engineers, we maintain a culture of precision, continuous improvement, and technical innovation.

Structural Components for Excavators:  A full lineup of buckets, sticks (dippers), booms, and undercarriage parts.

Specialized Fabrication Equipment:  Surface spraying equipment for protective coatings, and precision steel processing machinery including cutting, bending, and straightening machines.

We combine high-volume production with the flexibility to handle custom orders. Our annual production capabilities are substantial, ensuring we can meet consistent OEM demands as well as large-scale project tenders:

Sticks:  900 units per year.

Highlight Equipment:  Includes 4 units of advanced multifunction positioners, which allow for precise welding angles and complex geometries, ensuring structural integrity and durability of every bucket.

Stick & Boom Fabrication Line:

Class Range:  1.5-ton to 12-ton excavator class.

Setup:  One dedicated production line featuring over 30 high-precision machines.

Highlight Equipment:  Extensive use of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines guarantees that every bore, pin hole, and mating surface meets exacting tolerances for seamless assembly and long service life.

Surface Treatment Workshop:  We understand that durability starts at the surface. We utilize surface treatment equipment from globally recognized, famous brands. This ensures consistent coating thickness, superior rust prevention, and a high-quality aesthetic finish that withstands harsh job site conditions.
